Culinary Passport will embark on a journey to New Zealand in 2016 offering the opportunity to see the best of the country’s gastronomy and landscape. During the exploration of seven cities, we will be having the whole New Zealand experience. By whole we mean, resting in highly regarded hotels to experiencing a rustic farm stay, cooking and dining in the best culinary schools to learning how to fly-fish with the locals, roaming through growing grape vine trails to drinking aged wine in an estate.
